伊兹密尔地区的授粉品种（多诺夫）

If there is only one fig variety that we must try before we die, it is the Izmir variety. Otherwise, we will regret it a lot... :-)
This evening I put the first batch for drying, about 5-6 kilograms. In addition to the most magnificent taste, this variety is also distinguished by the most abundant fruiting, always, every year and under all conditions.

Note: This variety needs pollination (Smyrna type) and can only bear fruit in areas where the fig wasp Blastophaga is present. This is all of Southern Bulgaria and the entire Bulgarian Black Sea coast.如果说这世上只有一种无花果值得我们在今生必尝，那一定是伊兹密尔品种。否则我们必将抱憾终生……:-)  
今晚我晾晒了第一批约五六公斤果实。除了拥有最极致的味觉体验，这个品种还以极其丰产的特性著称——无论气候如何变迁，每年都能稳定奉献累累硕果。
