I'm torn about my first Bordisott Rossa (MP) fig - 26g of Spanish goodness from the Montserrat Pons’ collection. On one hand, it's like biting into a sweet, jammy berry-filled cloud. On the other, where's the crunch and texture? Is it just too ripe or is this fig naturally a smooth softie? Fellow fig connoisseurs, please enlighten me as I’m not a big fan of this variety yet!  #BordisottRossa
