This is not a well known fig and I really don't know where the name came from. Its really good, early in some way for England. I had this one ripen outdoors end of Sep 2017 however, the taste wqs average. I neglected it for the last two years until I saw some cracking pics of this variety posted by my friend Amy with whom I shared this variety. Amy's fig was obviously pollinated in CA.



I decided to give this variety a spot in the greenhouse and just like Torlaschi nero, this turned out to be a high quality fig. Fig is probably the easiest most beautiful addictive fruit one can grow. Heat and adequate light does amazing things in terms of fruit quality. And if you get that balance right then that's all we need to grow tasty figs- not politics. Happy Gardening.

葡萄牙80来自Vinnyfigs，是全新的稀有品种，显然它适合温暖的地区需要长时间的挂果，是晚熟品种。
